Why Does Checkout Ask for a Shipping Address?

Created by Matthew Keysell, Modified on Thu, 2 Apr at 12:18 PM by Matthew Keysell

Why We Need an Address

Even though most of our products are delivered digitally, the checkout process asks for a shipping address. This is required by our payment processor to verify your card payment — it is a standard security measure.

Will Anything Be Shipped to Me?

For digital products (software keys, Autodesk licences), nothing will be shipped. Your licence key or account assignment will be delivered by email or shown on the order confirmation page.

If you have ordered a physical boxed product, it will be shipped to the address provided.

Is My Information Safe?

Yes. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is only used for order processing and payment verification.
