How to Use a Discount Code at Checkout

Applying a Discount Code

If you have a discount or promo code, you can apply it during checkout:

1. Add your product to the cart
2. Proceed to the checkout page
3. Look for the Coupon Code box
4. Enter your discount code and click Apply
5. The discount will be applied to your order total

New Customer Discount

New customers can use the code NEWCUSTOMER10 at checkout to receive a 10% discount on their order.

Code Not Working?

If your discount code is not being accepted:

• Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown, with no extra spaces
• Check that the code has not already been used on a previous order
• Some codes may have an expiry date or minimum order requirement

Forgot to Apply Your Code?

If you completed your order without applying your discount code, contact our support team with your order number and the code you intended to use. We can usually apply the discount as a partial refund after purchase.
