How to Use a Discount Code at Checkout

Applying a Discount Code
If you have a discount or promo code, you can apply it during checkout:

• Add your chosen product to the cart
• Proceed to the checkout page
• Find the Coupon Code box
• Enter your code and click Apply
• The discount will then be reflected in your order total

New Customer Discount
New customers can use the code NEWCUSTOMER10 at checkout to receive a 10% discount on their order.

Code Not Working?
If your discount code is not being accepted, please check the following:

• Make sure the code has been entered exactly as shown, with no extra spaces
• Check that the code has not already been used
• Some codes may have an expiry date or minimum order requirement

Forgot to Apply Your Code?
If you completed your order without applying your discount code, please contact our support team through the helpdesk and include:

• Your order number
• The discount code you intended to use

Where possible, we can review this and apply the discount after purchase.
