How Long Does It Take to Receive My License After Ordering?

GetRenewedTech supplies both digital products and physical packaged software, so delivery depends on the item you purchased.

For Microsoft products, delivery is usually automatic and your licence details are normally provided shortly after purchase.

For Autodesk products, orders are manually assigned by our team, so delivery can take a little longer.

For physical packaged software, your order will be dispatched to your delivery address rather than sent by email.

Microsoft Digital Delivery

Microsoft product orders are usually fulfilled automatically. In most cases, your licence key and instructions will be shown on the checkout confirmation page shortly after purchase and also sent to your email address.

Please note that some orders are placed into security checks before fulfilment. If this happens, delivery may take longer than usual.

Autodesk Delivery Times

Autodesk orders are manually processed and assigned by our team.

During business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm GMT, most Autodesk orders are fulfilled within 15 to 30 minutes.

Orders placed after 6:00pm GMT or during weekends may take up to 12 hours to be delivered. Some Autodesk orders may also be delayed slightly if they are placed into security checks before assignment.

Physical Packaged Software

If you have ordered a boxed or packaged software product, this will be shipped to your delivery address instead of being delivered digitally. Delivery times for physical items will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Download and installation instructions
  • Your invoice or order confirmation

For Autodesk Products

You will usually receive:

  • Account assignment confirmation
  • Download and installation instructions
  • Your invoice or order confirmation

Have Not Received Your Order?

For Microsoft Orders

If you have not received your Microsoft order, please check:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your checkout confirmation page, as your licence may already be displayed there

Please note that some Microsoft orders are held for additional security checks before they are released.

Please do not open a ticket on our helpdesk until 12 hours have passed since placing your order.

For Autodesk Orders

Autodesk orders can take longer because they are manually assigned, and some may also go through security checks before being completed.

Please do not open a ticket on our helpdesk until 12 hours have passed since placing your order.

If more than 12 hours have passed and you still have not received your order, please open a ticket on our helpdesk and include your order number so our team can investigate.

Order Number Format

Your order number is shown on your checkout confirmation and in any emails we send you. It will usually begin with a regional prefix such as:

  • GBP- for UK orders
  • EUR- for European orders
  • CAD- for Canadian orders
  • USD- for US orders
  • AUD- for Australian orders

Having your order number ready will help our team locate your order and assist you more quickly.
