How to Sign Into Your Autodesk Account and Find Your License

Finding Your Licence in Your Autodesk Account

After purchasing an Autodesk product from GetRenewedTech, your licence is assigned directly to your Autodesk account. It is not normally delivered as a product key or downloadable file from our website.

This guide explains how to find it.

Step 1: Create an Autodesk Account if You Do Not Already Have One

You need an Autodesk account to receive and use your licence.

If you do not already have one, create a free Autodesk account using the same email address you used when placing your order with GetRenewedTech.

If you already have an Autodesk account with that email address, you can move straight to the next step.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Autodesk Account

Once your account is ready, sign in to your Autodesk account.

After signing in, go to the Products and Services section. Your assigned product, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, or Maya, should appear there once the licence has been assigned.

Step 3: If the Product Does Not Appear

If you have signed in and cannot see your Autodesk product, try the following:

  • Sign out of your Autodesk account and then sign back in
  • Make sure you are signed in with the correct email address
  • Allow a little more time if your order was only just placed

Autodesk orders are manually assigned by our team and can take a little time to appear.

Please allow up to 12 hours before opening a ticket on our helpdesk, especially if the order was placed outside business hours or has gone through additional security checks.

Step 4: Download and Install the Software

Once your product appears in your Autodesk account:

  1. Open the Products and Services section
  2. Find your assigned product
  3. Click Download
  4. Choose your operating system and preferred version
  5. Run the installer
  6. Sign in with your Autodesk account when prompted

Your software should then recognise the assigned licence automatically.

Important to Remember

  • Your Autodesk licence is assigned to the email address used at checkout
  • You do not normally receive a traditional product key
  • The software is downloaded from Autodesk, not from the GetRenewedTech website

Still Cannot See Your Product?

If 12 hours have passed and your Autodesk product still is not showing in your account, please open a ticket on our helpdesk and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your Autodesk account email address
  • A short description of the issue

This will help our team check the assignment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
