What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number, for example GBP-12345 or USD-12345
- The email address used to place your order
- A clear description of the issue
- A screenshot of any error message, where applicable
Response Times
We aim to respond to all helpdesk enquiries within 24 hours, although most are answered much sooner.

- Licence key issues or replacements
- Activation problems, including Office or Autodesk
- Download and installation support
