Overview
After purchasing an Autodesk product from Get Renewed Tech, your licence is assigned directly to your Autodesk account. To download and install the software, you need to find it in the Products and Services section of your Autodesk dashboard.
Step-by-Step: Finding Your Product
- Go to https://manage.autodesk.com/products
- Sign in using the same email address used when placing your order
- Click Products and Services if it is not already selected
- Your product should appear in the list
- Choose the version you want and click Install
Product Not Showing? Try These Steps
1. Sign Out and Back In
The most common fix is to sign out of your Autodesk account and then sign back in. This refreshes your licence list and often makes the product appear.
2. Check You Are Using the Correct Email Address
Make sure you are signed in with the same email address used for your order. If a different email address was used at checkout, the licence may be assigned there instead.
3. Allow a Little Time
After a licence is assigned, it can take a short time to appear in your Autodesk account. If your order was placed recently, wait 15 to 30 minutes and check again.
4. Check the Correct Section
Licences from Get Renewed Tech may not appear under Subscriptions or User Management. This is normal. Always check Products and Services instead.
If You Already Have the Software Installed
If the Autodesk application is already installed from a trial or a previous licence, you usually do not need to reinstall it.
- Open the application, such as AutoCAD
- If it shows as expired, click Change License Type > Switch User > Sign in with Autodesk ID
- Sign in using the email address your new licence is assigned to
- The software should then activate automatically
