We offer Home & Business editions of Microsoft Office for Mac. These include:

• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Outlook

Please note that Access and Publisher are not included, as these applications are only available on Windows.

Available Versions

Office 2024 Home & Business for Mac
This is the latest version and is recommended for most Mac users running a recent version of macOS.

Office 2021 Home & Business for Mac
This is the previous version and remains a good option for many users.

Office 2019 Home & Business for Mac
This is generally the best choice for older Macs that may not support newer Office releases.

Which Version Should You Choose?
The best version depends on which version of macOS your Mac is running.

• If you are using a newer version of macOS, such as Ventura, Sonoma, or Sequoia, Office 2024, 2021, or 2019 may all be suitable
• If you are using Big Sur, Catalina, or an older macOS version, Office 2019 is usually the safest option

To check your macOS version:

• Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner
• Select About This Mac

Is This a One-Time Purchase?
Yes. Our Office for Mac licences are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.

Does It Include Microsoft Teams?
Microsoft Teams is not included, but it is available separately as a free download from Microsoft.

Please note that the free version has limitations, including meeting time limits. A separate paid Microsoft Teams licence is required for full business features.
