How to Install Office on All 5 Systems (Multi-PC Licence Guide)

Overview
If you purchased an Office licence for 5 systems, such as Office 2021 Professional Plus for 5 Systems, you can install and activate Office on up to 5 separate Windows computers using the same product key.

How to Install on Each Computer
Repeat the following steps on each of the 5 computers:

• Download Office using the instructions provided with your order
• Run the installer and complete the installation
• Open any Office application, such as Word
• When the activation window appears, enter your product key
• If online activation does not work, select telephone activation and complete the process using https://uk.getrenewedtech.com/activate
• Use the same product key on each of the 5 computers

Important Notes

• You will receive one product key, not 5 separate keys
• Online activation may fail on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th computer with a message saying the key has already been used
• This is normal and expected with multi-system licences
• In those cases, telephone activation should be used instead
• All 5 installations are permanent and do not expire

Need More Than 5 Installations?
If you need Office on more than 5 computers, you will need an additional licence.

Can It Be Used on Mac and Windows?
No. A 5-system Windows licence is for Windows computers only. If you need Office for Mac, you will need a separate Mac licence.

Troubleshooting

“Key already used” error
This is normal when installing on additional computers. Use telephone activation through https://uk.getrenewedtech.com/activate.

“Maximum activations reached” error
Please contact our support team through the helpdesk and we will assist.

Activation window does not appear
Open any Office application, go to File > Account, and select Change Product Key.
