How to Install Office on All 5 Systems (Multi-PC Licence Guide)

Overview

If you purchased an Office licence for 5 systems (e.g. Office 2021 Professional Plus for 5 Systems), you can install and activate Office on up to 5 separate Windows computers using the same product key.

Step-by-Step: Installing on Each Computer

Repeat these steps on each of the 5 computers:

Download Office using the download instructions provided in your order confirmation email
Run the installer and wait for Office to install
Open any Office application (e.g. Word)
When the activation wizard appears, enter your product key
If online activation fails, select telephone activation and use https://uk.getrenewedtech.com/activate to complete the process (no phone call required)

Use the same product key on all 5 computers.

Important Notes

Each computer uses the same key — you do not receive 5 different keys
You may need to use telephone activation on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th computers, as online activation may report the key has already been used. This is normal and expected.
All 5 installations are permanent — they will not expire

What If I Need More Than 5?

Can I Use It on Mac and Windows?

The 5-system Windows licence is for Windows computers only. If you need Office for Mac, you will need a separate Mac licence. Check our store for Mac options or contact support for advice.

Troubleshooting

"Key already used" error: This is normal on the 2nd+ computer. Use telephone activation via https://uk.getrenewedtech.com/activate
"Maximum activations reached" error: Contact us at support@lmautoparts.co.uk — we can help resolve this
Activation wizard not appearing: Go to File → Account in any Office app and click Change Product Key
