Purchased the Wrong Version?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product — for example, a Windows version instead of a Mac version, or the wrong edition of Office — contact our support team as soon as possible.
What We Can Do
In most cases, we can:
- Deactivate the incorrect product key or remove the Autodesk licence
- Issue a full refund for the incorrect order
- Help you purchase the correct product
This is available within our 14-day refund window.
How to Request a Swap
Contact us via live chat or open a ticket on our helpdesk with:
- Your order number
- The product you received
- The product you actually need
We will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve this.
Can I Get a Refund If the Product Does Not Work on My System?
Yes. If you are unable to use the product because of compatibility issues (for example, your macOS version is too old), contact us within 14 days and we will either suggest an alternative or process a refund.
