I Bought the Wrong Product — Can I Exchange or Get a Refund?

Purchased the Wrong Version?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, for example a Windows version instead of a Mac version, or the wrong edition of Office, please contact our support team through the helpdesk as soon as possible.

What We Can Do
In many cases, we can:

  • Deactivate the incorrect product key or remove the Autodesk licence
  • Issue a refund for the incorrect order, where eligible
  • Help you choose the correct product

This is generally available within our 14-day refund window.

How to Request a Swap or Refund
Please open a ticket through the helpdesk and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product you received
  • The product you actually need

We will review the request and get back to you as quickly as possible.

What If the Product Does Not Work on Your System?
If you are unable to use the product because of a compatibility issue, for example because your macOS version is too old, please contact us through the helpdesk within 14 days of purchase.

Where possible, we will either recommend a suitable alternative or arrange a refund in line with our refund policy.
