14-Day Refund Window
We offer refunds on most products within 14 days of purchase. If you need a refund, please contact our support team through the helpdesk and include your order number and the reason for the request.
How Refunds Work
Microsoft Office and Windows Keys
For Microsoft product keys, we will deactivate the key where possible and issue a refund to your original payment method. Once a refund has been requested, the product should no longer be used.
Autodesk Products
For Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Fusion 360, we will remove the licence from your Autodesk account and issue a refund. Once removed, the software will no longer be accessible through that licence.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within a few working days. The exact time it takes for the money to appear back in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
When a Refund May Not Be Available
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- The product has already been used and cannot be deactivated
If you are unsure whether your order is eligible, please contact us through the helpdesk and we will do our best to assist.
Ordered the Wrong Product?
If you purchased the wrong version, for example a Windows product instead of a Mac version, or the wrong edition of Office, please contact us through the helpdesk as soon as possible.
In many cases, we can deactivate the incorrect product and help you switch to the correct one, or process a refund where appropriate.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a ticket through the helpdesk and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for the refund
