14-Day Refund Window
We offer refunds on most products within 14 days of purchase. If you need a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the request.
How Refunds Work
Microsoft Office and Windows Keys
For Microsoft product keys, we will deactivate the key and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please stop using the product once the refund has been requested.
Autodesk Products (AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, etc.)
For Autodesk products, we will remove the licence from your Autodesk account and issue a refund. The software will stop working once the licence has been removed.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within a few working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
When We Cannot Offer a Refund
Refunds may not be available if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- The product key has been used and cannot be deactivated
If you are unsure whether you qualify for a refund, contact our support team and we will do our best to help.
Wrong Product?
If you purchased the wrong version (for example, a Windows key instead of a Mac key, or the wrong edition of Office), contact us and we can usually deactivate the incorrect product and help you purchase the correct one. In many cases, we can process a swap by refunding the original order.

- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for the refund
