Overview
If you placed your order as a guest, without logging in or creating an account, your order was still processed successfully and your licence key or product would have been sent by email. However, if you create a Get Renewed Tech account afterwards, that order will not automatically appear in your account.
Does This Affect My Licence?
No. Your licence key, product, and download instructions work exactly the same whether you checked out as a guest or through an account. Guest checkout does not affect your purchase in any way.
How to Link a Guest Order to Your Account
If you have since created an account, or already have one, and would like your guest order linked so it appears in your order history, please contact our support team through the helpdesk.
Please include:
- Your order number, if available
- The email address used when placing the guest order
- The email address linked to your Get Renewed Tech account, if different
Once we have located the order, we can link it to your account.
Cannot Find Your Order Confirmation Email?
Please check the following first:
- Your spam or junk folder
- Your inbox for emails from Get Renewed Tech or getrenewedtech.com
- Any other email addresses you may have used at checkout
If you still cannot find it, contact us through the helpdesk with your name and the email address you may have used, and we will try to locate your order.
Creating an Account for Future Orders
To keep future orders together in one place, we recommend creating an account before placing your next order. This allows you to:
- View your order history in one place
- Access your licence key and order details more easily
- Contact support with your account and order history already linked
