I've Lost My Order Details — How Do I Get Them Resent? (done)

Overview
If you have lost your order confirmation email, product key, or download instructions, do not worry — we can resend everything to you.

Before You Contact Us
Please check the following first, as your order details may already be in your inbox:

  • Search your email for messages from Get Renewed Tech or getrenewedtech.com
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Search for your order number, if you have it
  • Check any other email addresses you may have used at checkout

How to Request Your Order Details Again
If you still cannot find your order information, please contact our support team through the helpdesk and we will resend it.

To help us locate your order quickly, please include:

  • The email address used when placing the order
  • Your full name as entered at checkout
  • The product purchased, if known
  • Your order number, if available

What We Can Resend
Once we have located your order, we can resend:

  • Your product key / licence key
  • Download instructions
  • Activation instructions, where applicable

Response Time
We aim to respond to all resend requests within 24 hours, although most are handled much sooner. If your request is urgent, please mention this in your helpdesk request.

Helpful Tip
We recommend saving your order confirmation email in a dedicated folder or marking it as important for future reference. Your product key is especially important, as you may need it again if you reinstall or reactivate your software.
