How to Order Multiple Licences

Ordering multiple licences is simple:

1. Find the product you need on your regional GetRenewedTech website
2. Increase the quantity on the product page or in your cart before checkout
3. Complete your purchase

Microsoft Bulk Orders

Microsoft bulk orders are handled differently from standard single-seat purchases.

When you purchase multiple Microsoft licences:

• You will usually receive the same product key
• That key will be adjusted to cover the number of seats purchased on the order
• The key can then be used across the number of devices covered by that purchase

For example, if you purchase 5 licences, the key provided will be set up to allow activation for 5 seats.

Your key and instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout, and your order confirmation page may also display the details straight after purchase.

If you believe the number of seats on your key does not match what you ordered, please open a ticket on our helpdesk with your order number and we will check it for you.

Autodesk Bulk Orders

Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, and Maya are handled differently from Microsoft products.

Autodesk licences are assigned to individual Autodesk accounts rather than being delivered as standard product keys.

For bulk Autodesk orders:

• Each licence should be assigned to its own Autodesk account email address
• Each user should have their own Autodesk account set up in advance
• Our team may contact you after purchase to confirm which email addresses each licence should be assigned to

To avoid account conflicts, each Autodesk licence should be assigned to a different email address. Using multiple licences on the same Autodesk account can cause sign-in and session issues.

Checking Autodesk Licence Assignments

Each user can check whether their Autodesk licence has been assigned by signing in to their Autodesk account and reviewing the products available under that account.
